I would like to second the demand from David.

And I would like to add a tiny complementary feature request: would it be
possible to make the "attached note" to the highlighted part directly visible
and resizable on the page, as a regular "integrated note"?
Currently, I need to highlight a sentence then change the tool to make a
"integrated note" which will be (always) visible on the page, otherwise people
I send comments to usually don't see them (or, they need to click and they
sometimes don't).

UX: once one has clicked on the highlighted part and the note windows opens, a
checkbox could be displayed with the text: "make visible as an integrated note"
(and there could be an option so that the checkbox would be checked or not by
default).
