Hi Rasmus

Thanks for your report. This likely also requires support from the poppler pdf
library, where all structure tree information isn't exposed.

Can you attach a generated pdf like this ? (and maybe even file a bug with
poppler as well (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler ))
