Thank you. With my Okular close-to-master with poppler library close-to master
I have no issues with the CS-25 document. With my Debian okular (12-15 months
old okular/poppler combo) it feels a slight bit slower, but not something I
would have noticed otherwise. 

I didn't go to any specific page combos, I was just clicking randomly around in
the table of contents and scrolling a bit.
