STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF file.
2. Select text. 
3. Right click.
4. click "Search for '...' with".
5. click "Configure Web Shortcuts..."

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Some menu for web shorcuts configuring should open.
