I am extremely sorry about that. I am a KDE person but new to this Bug tracking
System. I thought it would make a request to be approved; I thought it is there
to show interest in being a volunteer to solve it.
I will take care of it next time.
Also, curious to know, if one can start working to a bug fix, if it is not
assigned to them yet.
