I'd also like to point out there are currently 2 users on this CC list + 2
other issues which are duplicates (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461753
and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469977), so that might help gain some
momentum for a fix. I'd happily test and tinker, but don't know where to start,
so only possibility at the moment is just inspecting source to try to figure
out, although may not be worth it if I can just keep the toolbar open, and
toggle it less frequently...
