[okular] [Bug 497154] pdf attachments do not open. We are only offered to save the attachment.

Implement opening of embedded file attachments

Previously, users could only save embedded file attachments to disk. This
commit adds an 'Open' action to the context menu for file attachments, allowing
users to open them directly in their default application.
