Hi, I tried reproducing this error, and it worked normally for me. 
I am running okular version 26.03.70

Using the pdf provided, I tried many variations of switching the input fields
using tab and directly clicking on them, yet I was unable reproduce this issue.
Can you please share if it is fixed, or if im doing something wrong while
testing it?
