SUMMARY
When embedding Okular Part in viewer mode (such as launching Kile with the
embedded document viewer enabled), the host process crashes immediately on
startup with a SIGSEGV.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Kile with the embedded Okular viewer enabled.
2. Observe immediate crash on startup.

OBSERVED RESULT
Kile crashes with SIGSEGV (Address boundary error) during the initialization of
Okular::Part.
The stack trace shows that QAction::setEnabled(bool) is called inside
Okular::Part::updateViewActions() during construction.

EXPECTED RESULT
Okular Part should initialize cleanly without dereferencing null action
pointers in embedded ViewerWidgetMode.
