In Okular 25.08.01, on Windows 11 25H2, with a 15-inch screen:

At 1920x1080 resolution, the menu text is about 1.5 mm high. I have glasses,
but I have to lean real close to read that. I think that more than justifies my
original description.

At 1280x720 resolution, it's closer to 3 mm high. I don't have to lean in as
much.

I get painful eye strain either way.
