First of all, thank you for your reply and comment.

I found Okular in F-Droid in the move: KDE Android Nightly Builds

https://cdn.kde.org/android/fdroid/repo/

And inside we find Okular that I installed. When I touch the icon, the software
starts and then stops instantly.
