I do not have a position on this, I just want it fixed.
First I will upgrade my Kubuntu system, when it eventually is available.
Second, I will use MS Word to generate the pdf files.  The two examples I have
given.

I can't understand how it's Libreoffice, and I am not saying it's not, when I
use an archived version?
We need to know why the file sizes are different, and I know they are.
For now let's pause on this.  Let me upgrade Kubuntu and then use MSWord to gen
the pdf files
