I (sometimes) can't remove bookmarks using the context menu of the Bookmarks
tab of the sidebar even though I don't have tabs enabled. It seems to be the
case at least if multiple documents are open (in separate windows) in the same
Okular process, by passing multiple files as command line arguments.
