Temporary Fix

I have included here a temporary fix for the bug. It does two things:
- Set the printer resolution to a larger value.
- For .tiff images, prevent deformation when the page size is not similar to
the one of the printer. 

This fixes seem to solve my issues, although they might cause regressions.
Perhaps it should autodetect the appropriate resolution?
