SUMMARY

Printing an image file such a .png or a .tiff file in okular produces a very
low resolution printed output.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any raster graphics image (included as an example)
2. Use the "Print preview" dialog, or use the print option and use the "Print
to PDF" printer to convert it to a pdf.

OBSERVED RESULT

The preview of the document is extremely blurry, and if it is printed with a
printer, the output is likewise very blurry. This happens because the output
document internal image has a very low resolution, as if it were downscaled.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should not be blurry. The resolution of the pdf should stay the same.
