We are not a PDF editor, the same way we will not add remove pages or rotate
pages (yes i know we have some small editing capabilities on the way of adding
annotations or filling forms, but those are expected features of a PDF viewer).

I am going to close this.

This feature would possibly make more sense in
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/karp which sadly seems to have had its
development stalled :/
