Steps to recreate problem:

SUMMARY
I’m using Okular v26.03.80 with a pdf file (saved as a pdf, not an Okular
archive). In previous version, the popup note text writing area was resizable
with or without LaTeX annotation (before or after LaTeX rendering, if there
were LaTeX annotation in the popup note textbox). 
This is no longer possible in v26.03.80

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1 Click the popup note annotation button on the toolbar to enable popup note.

2 Write something in the popup textbox (with or without LaTeX)

3 Try to resize the textbox area.
3b) If there are LaTeX annotation, render the tex, and then try to resize the
popup textbox area.

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup note text area is not resizable (in older versions of Okular this was
resizable)


EXPECTED RESULT
The popup note text area should resizable (in older versions of Okular this was
resizable) by "click pulling"
sides or corners.
