   home/end in spreadsheet, word processors and other document editors,
   are usually used for line based navigation, for such editors ctrl+home
   and ctrl+end are indeed appropriate.
   for a document viewer, or a document editor in
   review/reading/print-preview mode, navigation is page-based, not
   line-based and thus home/end are usually used without a modifier.
