The document shows correctly in poppler based viewers, mupdf, gs, Adobe Reader,
macos preview.

Shows almost correctly in firefox (missing arrow) and doesn't show anything in
chromium.

Given it shows correctly in Adobe Reader I am going to go with "not our bug"
unless you show actual proof it is our fault.
