In my case I would like the option "force rasterization" to be OFF by default,
but each time I restart okular, it is set to ON.

Why is this important ? Well with my printer (Lexmark MS811 laser printer) the
print quality (for usual text) is very bad with rasterization, while the direct
print without rasterization is sharp. Evidently I very often forget to uncheck
the box in the print dialog, and then I am forced to RE-print everything,
resulting in loss of time, money, and earth resources.
