pietz: You're not alone. I have seen this problem in Okular for maybe 1 or 2
years, maybe more. I've seen it on more than one computer. I can open the same
PDF in MuPDF side by side with Okular, and the wrong aspect ratio (or whatever
the problem is) is obvious. Thanks to your thorough reporting, I'm glad to see
I can work around the problem by pressing F5 to reload, and then PDFs display
correctly.

I'll also note that this doesn't always happen. It varies from update to update
(of KDE, Okular, etc.). My current Okular version is 25.04.3, and it didn't
happen with the previous version I had. Qt 6.9.2 on Gentoo Linux.
