PDF that doesnt work in Okular / causes hang

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open arcraiders.pdf in okular
2.  Note the screen is blank, with default "pdf" icon in document view
3.  Note okular begins behaving oddly, chugging, and often crashing/hanging

OBSERVED RESULT

No document displayed, program hangs/crashes

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 43 (6.17.7-300.fc43.x86_64)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I opened the pdf in zathura with the poppler PDF engine, and it opens fine. 
Dolphin filemanager can show a thumbnail of the PDF, so it's valid there as
well.  Not sure what it is about this PDF, I am clueless about them.  Sorry if
this is the wrong place.

I have attached the PDF, it is some info about a videogame named Arc Raiders.
