Oh OK! 

But then, what's the method of changing font color of an inline note in okular?
Is it even possible? I can open the pdf in sumatraPDF viewer and then can
change the font color of the inline note annotation that I created in okular.
And that change is reflected in okular as well when I reopen the pdf in okular.
