je souhaite réaliser une rotation (ex. 180°) sur les textes insérés via “Insert
Text” et ce n'est pas possible dans la version 25.04.2 et j'ai l'impression que
ce n'est toujours pas possible dans les versions plus récentes.

I confirm that this issue is still present in Okular 25.04.2. Inserted text
annotations remain upright even when the page is rotated 180°, and there is
currently no option to rotate the inserted text itself. This feature would be
very helpful for document editing. Please consider implementing it.
