Updated the OS and platform to "unspecified" because it also affects Windows
11. Different to the behaviour on Linux, okular just hangs after drawing a
signature rectangle, when I selected a certificate from the smartcard (soft
certificates work OK).

What might help isolate the problem: While okular (on Windows) hangs, Firefox
also hangs during startup. Only after killing the hung okular does Firefox
start successfully.
