[okular] [Bug 498932] Okular crashes on attempting to type into a pdf form's field

I tried downloading the most recent source, but I'm not set up to build 
using clang, and I don't have time at the moment to set things up.  I 
have managed to fill in the form through other means.

If I get some spare time I'll look further into it.
