It seems that the patch submitter either gave up or ran out of personal time to
work on the change. This is the last version of the patch:
https://phabricator.kde.org/D10932. We don't use Phabricator to submit patches
to Okular anymore, so a new patch will have to be submitted at
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular.
