Annotation Style

When I receive a PDF annotated with Acrobat and open it with Okular, some annotations become difficult to read if the annotation uses dark color. I hope the annotation display can be adjusted. It would be ideal if the annotation color is shown in the title bar of the annotation dialog while keeping the content box with a white background.
