SUMMARY
When viewing a pdf and having a high zoom level, then selecting auto-fit in the
top menu, you lose the ability to scroll until you first zoom either in or out,
this does not happen when coming from a smaller zoom level

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF
2. Zoom in a lot
3. Select Fit page in the top left menu
4. Attempt to scroll

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't scroll

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to scroll

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 41 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested both on windows (the latest version on the MS store) and linux (the
latest version on fedora's repos)
