The default annotation tools of Okular lack a strikethrough function, that is
among the most commonly used when reviewing manuscripts.

Adding it is easy enough (see bug 330379) but I think it is reasonable for a
user to expect it among the default tools.

If the maintainers support this idea, I think the implementation can easily be
done by almost (any) volunteer. At least from a cursory look at `okularpartrc`.
