ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 Not sure if okular or plasma activities is accountable:

ls -l x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivities*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 nfsnobody nfsnobody     24  7. Dez 17:08
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivities.so -> libPlasmaActivities.so.7
-rwxr-xr-x 2 nfsnobody nfsnobody 292832  1. Jan 1970
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivities.so.6.5.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 nfsnobody nfsnobody     28  7. Dez 17:08
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivities.so.7 -> libPlasmaActivities.so.6.5.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 nfsnobody nfsnobody     29  7. Dez 17:08
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so -> libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.1
lrwxrwxrwx 1 nfsnobody nfsnobody     33  7. Dez 17:08
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.1 ->
libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6.5.2
-rwxr-xr-x 2 nfsnobody nfsnobody 310496  1. Jan 1970
x86_64-linux-gnu/libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6.5.2

Why is there an SO Name 7 around when the remaining files point to 6 instead ?
However the soname of the library is clearly libPlasmaActivities.so.7 as shown
by objdump , so the issue is IMO in okular.

I had to manually add an link from libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6.5.2 to
libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6 in the runtime directory
/var/lib/flatpak/runtime/org.kde.Platform/x86_64/6.10/ae0b7419c284d9b53c0685f326f65e2d8a0ffc4acf509aefe1a2014eb8bfd423/files/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
in order to make okular start
