missed up zoom function

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open pdf file
2. zoom to 12%
3. way over the 12% zoom and other zooms listed

OBSERVED RESULT
over zoom

EXPECTED RESULT
to zoom to appropriate zoom level
