The patch

   https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/merge_requests/1046 

got merged recently.  With this, Okular really does now send the pdf file
directly to the printer in a lot of important cases.

With this, let's consider the bug fixed.  Please reopen if you disagree.
