[okular] [Bug 493382] does not list printers to print to, just print to a pdf file

I reviewed the video of the issue again and noticed that Okular is perhaps
installed as a snap. Can you try installing Okular from the Ubuntu repository
(non-snap) and see if the issue is the same?
