Hi Okular developers!

For the Blue Angel eco-certification, KDE e.V. needs to complete a final
evaluation for Okular, which includes information about possible
concrete actions the KDE community took to improve its resource and
energy efficiency. Deadline is 30 September.

Are there any changes made to Okular over the past 2-3 years you know
about which we can include here? I found this in in Gitlab and it seems
relevant, but perhaps there are others:

"Use QStringView more to reduce allocations"
   https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/merge_requests/926

Improvements to Okular's libraries (e.g., poppler) could also be
included in the final report.

If you have some info and can let me know before Thursday, that would be
great. After then please send any info to Lydia Pintscher <lydia at kde.org>.

Thank you!

Cheers,
Joseph
