SUMMARY
The UI freezes digitally signing an unnamed PDF when saving it to an existing
file overwriting it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF with a unsigned signature field
2. Sign digitally using a certificate from NSS
3. When prompted to save the signed pdf file, select and overwrite an already
existing pdf file

OBSERVED RESULT
The UI freezes completely except the top bar. The Window remains resizable but
can not interact with any widget in the UI.

EXPECTED RESULT
The UI not freezing and showing the signed document.

Linux: Fedora Linux Workstation 41 / GNOME 47 (Running on flatpak)
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.3
