SUMMARY
bookmarks can't be removed


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open two pdf files (option "Open new files in tabs" is on, not sure if it is
relevant)
2. add a bookmark for any one of the opened files
3.  try to remove the bookmark, it'll fail

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.12.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The way to remove the bookmark: reboot okular
