SUMMARY
Setup: Dual monitor (may be relevant), right monitor is oriented vertically.
If Okular is open (usually placed, full-screen, on the right monitor), user
logs out, then user puts computer to sleep - after re-waking the computer and
logging back in, scrolling via mouse within the Okular viewport is frozen. Note
that scrolling with PgUp/PgDn and with arrow keys DOES work, as well as all
other functions (ie: menu, shortcuts, header buttons, etc.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF with Okular
2. log out
3. put computer to sleep from login screen
4. log back in
5. attempt scrolling with mouse inside Okular viewport

OBSERVED RESULT
The document presented within the viewport will not scroll.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling with the mouse should work within the Okular viewport.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 24.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
