Adding to this.

My work in Windows 11 is more productive partly due to the "pinch zoom" on
touch-pad, which is utilized a lot professionally when quickly zooming in/out
in presentations and other various documentations. 

However, "pinch-zoom" works flawlessly on both my laptops touch-screens, in
Okular, with KDE 6.1! So the feature is already there and working for touch
screen displays, but for some reason missing for touch pads.
