On Okular's start page, I can open recently opened files with a mouse double
click, but not via touch

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular
2. tap on one of the previously opened files
3. double tap on one of the previously opened files

OBSERVED RESULT
The file gets highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
At least one of these actions should open the file
