SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get some document (like https://dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/3477113.3487272)
2. Open the document, rotate it to 90 degree left
3. Select "Underline" from the annotator list on the top right corner
4. Select any range of text in the document

OBSERVED RESULT
Some other random part of the document is annotated.

EXPECTED RESULT
The selected part should be annotated.
