[okular] [Bug 481493] Configuration cannot be saved on Win11. When I change the configuration, then click apply and OK, then close Okular. The next time I open Okular, all configurations remains

1. Yes, from Microsoft Store
2. Yesterday, all configurations can not be remembered including the
size/position of the window, just like I first use it.
Then I tried to change the access of windowsapps directory to be 'NT
Service/Trustedinstaller', it seems that configurations are remembered now.
3. No, only one window.

However, there is still a bug. When I turn on 'open file in a new tab', it does
not function well when I double click the file in the file browser(it still
opens a new window). But it can function when I open a file in 'File-open' in
Okular.
