I am forced to use other apps to work on PDFs because this bug makes Okular
practically unusable for reviewing PDFs. In addition to this bug, when you open
the notes of a collent they overlap each other and you are forced to move them
manually, furthermore there is no indication of the insertion point, so after a
while the screen is full of notes and it is impossible to tell which part of
the text they refer to.

Just take the most widely used apps as an example: Adobe Reader, MasterPDF
editor, Pdf-X all work in the same way and do not have these problems.
