STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the following PDF document:

(also attached to this bug report)
2. Show the forms.
3. In the name field, enter a name with accented characters, like "Chloé"
4. Exit the form mode

OBSERVED RESULT
The é is displayed as the empty set symbol.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should've been displayed as é.

It's printed correctly, in the edit mode it's also shown as intended. I don't
know whether it's a bug in the file itself or in Okular, therefore this report.
