Signature options on other applications

I've added another software to explain better what am I asking for.
On the left side is MasterPDF options, and on the right side, Autofirma (the
spanish official tool to sign documents). 
Both of them let configure some options, beign Autofirma the best one, letting
the user configure the size, font, and information shown, and a live preview
depending on the box size when dragged.
