I use the Ukrainian language keyboard. The problem concerns folders that
contain these small and capital letters in the name.

Small: 
U+0456 - і
U+0457 - ї
U+0454 - є
U+0491 - ґ

Capital: 
U+0406 - І
U+0407 - Ї
U+0404 - Є
U+0490 - Ґ
