The feature Digitally Sign on Okular by default writes a "Signed by" text,
which is not configurable, not even its fonts. This
configuration/personalization is important for government applications, where
text must be different. Another bad thing is for  non-english users. My Okular
with flatpak shows all of this in English, even when I configure translation
for Portuguese:

But still no hope to have it in Portuguese, or to configure its texts and
fonts. Font is very big, and having font Helvetica                           
CID Type 0C (OT)  Identity-H  (as per command $ pdffonts) breaks the signature
rendering for windows users (I put an stamp on the back of the signature, with
portuguese sayings, that sort of mitigate such issues... but still, it's part
english and part portuguese, with giant strange fonts).



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install okular on flatpack, ubuntu 22.04 on computer with english and
portuguese languages
2. Check locale on flatpak (it displays /en and /pt)

OBSERVED RESULT
It continues in English. No personalization is possible for signature text.

EXPECTED RESULT
It would render in Portuguese the signature, or allow personalization for
signature text.
