+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #266680 which asked for
recent files and bookmarks but was marked as fixed when only recent files was
added+++

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Use Application Launcher to launch Okular with no document

OBSERVED RESULT
The welcome screen is shown with a list of recent documents and a button to
open a document

DESIRED RESULT
The welcome screen also shows a list of any previously defined bookmarks

WHY?
So that bookmarks can be used to open documents that have not been opened
recently.  At present I have to open a document before I can access the
bookmarks
