Okular PlantUML Support

Recently I'm trying to add PlantUML support on okular part. PlantUML is a component to generate diagrams, and many markdown editors, such as QOwnNote and VSCode, support it. 

The code is here: https://invent.kde.org/prcups/okular/-/tree/master.

Current version have slow speed and will freeze when generating, because markdown generator can't be dynamically update. I think I can do more on this field, like creating a plugin platform, or change backend of generator. I need some advice.
