Yeah opensuse is weird like that i think you need to install extra stuff
because reasons you can ask them.

Since I'm not interested in doing opensuse support, please install from flathub
https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.kde.okular and run it from there and tell
me if you can see the checked checkbox when doing print preview
